HARDOLI PAPER MILLS LIMITED (HPML) was incorporated as Public Limited Company under CIN – U21010MH1995PLC085883 on 24th February, 1995. The Certificate of commencement of business was issued on 25th April, 1995
The Authorized Share Capital of the HPML is Rs. 3,50,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Fifty Lac only) consisting of 35,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
The HPML entered into capital market in February, 1996 with Public Issue of 8,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- at Par. The Company's share were listed with OTC Exchange of India. Further under the SEBI Circular reference CIR/MRD/DSA/14/2012 dated May 30, 2012 , OTC Exchange of
India. Further under the SEBI Circular reference CIR/MRD/DSA/14/2012 dated May 30, 2012 , OTC Exchange of India send the letter to HPML reference 0076/LSTG/13-14/0393 dated February 4, 2014 about their in-principle decision to surrender the License to SEBI and HPML moved to Dissemination Board of BSE Ltd.
During June, 2015 during which HPML was in Dissemination Board, it comes out with Right Issue in the ratio of 15 Equity Shares for every 100 shares at the price Rs. 35/- per shares (which include Rs. 25/- Premium per share). Finally on 1st July 2015, 3,51,165 shares were subscribed and paid under Right Issue. Thus at Present 23,41,100 shares are listed and 3,51,165 issued under Right when the HPML was in Dissemination Board are yet to be listed.
HPML had plant for manufacture of light weight paper of different variety at village Hardoli, District Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra, The Paper manufactured by the Company is used for Corruagted boxes used in various types of material packing purpose , envelops , etc. The major raw material is waste paper such as Kraft Waste, White cutting, Computer print out
